As you design a form, adding more and more controls to it, sometimes a control gets in the way. Fortunately, you can temporarily hide a control on a form to make life easier. Hopefully, you know you can do this using the eyeball icon in the Forms List pane, as shown in the image below, but sometimes it’s a bit hard to find the control in the list.
Instead, simply select the control on the form and press Ctrl+H.
Likewise, pressing Ctrl+H will un-hide the selected control. Yes, yes, I know, you can’t select a control on the form when it’s hidden, because you can’t see it. You’ll have to select the control in the Forms List pane this time. It will be the one with the faint eyeball.
